At REDTIGER®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized shipping location nearby.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
